This is my WIP of the entry for SOP Competition.I dont know that i have enough time to complete this work but any way i thought of sharing the WIP, so others have a little idea how i usually work.





Here i started the work with a little photo texture as base for canvas.I don't usually do this technique but inorder to get everything quick,this works best.So the texture itself can act as colour palette and we can pick up the colours and work with that.



This is done to give a feel of muddy environment.



Now the theme of the picture is how human activities like deforestation  effects the wildlife that which leads to  habitat loss and  results in extinction of these species .



Here i am going to picture a scene of relationship that tells " We are all one " .I want the picture to be very realistic and little exaggerated too.



I am sharing the steps to show how i am tending to picture overall scene.For this i used various photographs reference that i collected from web.

Started sketching with a basic round brush



Each animals are done in different layers .So that i could adjust the  size and work with the colours later.
